Hi, I’m Sondra.

Growing up I called myself Sashi, it became a name my family called me and means a lot to me! It also has a very special meaning…Moon.. A big hearted person…Someone who is willing to sacrifice for others’ happiness..

I am a wife and mother of two kids. My passion in life is helping people feel better because I know what it’s like to live a life feeling sick and finding no real answers or solutions to your symptoms.

I have worked as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner for over a decade and have helped hundreds of people work through many health hurdles. Even though I’ve been in this industry for 15 years, I never stop learning. I am a lifelong  student of the body and mind.

So here’s the truth about my health…I didn’t always feel as good as I do now.

In my late 20s I became very ill. I couldn’t get up off the couch. My body hurt, my muscles ached, my hair was falling out, I had sores on my skin, I couldn’t stay awake, I was nauseous, my tendons were in pain, my skin burned, my head hurt, I felt like I was drowning and there were times when I questioned how I was going to keep living in that state. I cried daily. It was the worst two years of my life.

It took me two years to heal after a long journey filled with antibiotics, a leaky gut, nervous system damage from vaccines, birth control pill, Xanax, Ambien, antidepressants, mold, shitty food and stress, tons of stress. I tried every healing modality you can think of; acupuncture, nutrition, EFT, mindfulness, visualization, detoxing, sauna, TONS of supplements, adrenal fatigue diets, energy healing, naturopathic medicine, applied kinesiology etc. The doctors kept telling me I was in good health but I sure didn’t feel like it. I know something was wrong. I researched until my eyes were blurry and my mind was numb.

This experience was a HUGE silver lining for me.

It is how I found my true passion:

Helping people to heal and feel better. It led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association where I completed my technical (on top of my own self led education) studies and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. It was life changing.

So I’m here to help you on your healing journey. I believe it’s possible for you! Together, we can create a healthy lifestyle that you love and brings you back to life!
