This year's detox and reset is all about food!

Sourcing clean and nutrient dense food has never been more important than today. The last 30 years have seen an astronomical increase in pesticides used for growing food. That exposure coupled with overly tilled depleted soil (even and especially organic soil) and way less biodiversity is setting us up for malnourishment and disease. The more we choose cleaner and more thoughtfully, the more the market will respond and eventually less and less pesticides will be used. Pesticides are found all through our environment in our rain, drinking water, farm water etc. We are living in opposition to nature, killing nature.


There are MANY reasons why you would choose to buy and consume the type of food I will be talking about, why you might take SO MUCH time to find farms that support this type of agriculture.

  1. Food raised and processed on Regenerative farms is WAAAAY more nutrient dense. Meaning you get so much more nutrition for your money. The broccoli you serve your children will have higher percentages of brain supporting vitamins than conventional broccoli. When the soil is not DEPLETED and poisoned, the food is medicine. Buy simple, high quality ingredients.

  2. Animal protein and dairy from regenerative, grass oriented, organic, biodynamic farms contains higher amounts of fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). Why does that matter?


Vitamin A strengthens the immune system, helps detoxify, and is essential for mineral absorption and endocrine function. You can only get true VIT A from cod liver oil, egg yolks from pasture-fed animals, fish and shellfish, butter, and liver.
